Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Integrator supporting Romania Patriot Program Area, reporting directly to the Romania Program Manager. You will be working closely with, and influence the Patriot Product Line, functional team members, and other program office teammates. You will assist with providing tactical direction for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable program-level experience and exposure for candidates seeking to grow their career in Program Management.
In addition to the internal responsibilities, you will also interface with the customer for various topics to include but not limited to Technical Interchange Meetings, Executive Program Reviews, customer working groups, hardware and services acceptance events, meetings with key industrial partners, customer working groups and business growth discussions. In addition, you will be supporting future business growth initiatives by leading FMS proposal captures in support of the Romania Patriot Portfolio.
What You Will Do
Lead proposal execution for Romania Patriot program proposals, including development of pricing at multiple proposal stages, coordinating requests for information, negotiations, and agreement (in collaboration with Contracts)
Execute daily program cadence such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), Global Trade, Corporate and Business policies and procedures
Control account Management (CAM) for PMO efforts
Lead program risk and opportunity management efforts
Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions
Develop and maintain partnerships with US and foreign customers
Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits
Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems
Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions
Experience preparing cost proposals and gate packages
Qualifications We Prefer
Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources
Experience with US Government Program leadership and Foreign Military Sales Programs
Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract start-up packages for management review and approval
Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management
Program Management certification Level 6 or the ability to become certified within 6 months of assuming the position

This position is an onsite role, located in Tewksbury, MA.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
