The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Montana State Hospital.

Montana State Hospital is seeking professional and passionate
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
to join our team. This full-time position would perform skilled nursing duties and inpatient psychiatric treatment for adults with serious mental illness. These responsibilities would include administering and documenting the administration of medications and medical treatments. Receive and transcribe verbal and written physician's orders accordingly to ensure accurate treatment to patients and provide patient assessment. You and your skills can not only provide meaningful care, but help us in "Making a difference, one life at a time".

Qualifications for this Career Opportunity

Skilled in the use of the basic instruments and equipment of the nursing profession
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Ability to proficiently utilize technology related to patient car information systems
Meet minimum qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing
Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Montana
