Daily challenges
Identifying and resolving technical issues in production environments
Handling complex incidents impacting large numbers of users
Minimizing unplanned downtime and maintaining system stability
Defining, executing, and implementing standardized changes
Making fast, well-informed decisions under pressure
Balancing speed with high-quality and precise execution
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support
eXperience and skills required

Good command of English
Degree in Computer Science or other related areas would be an advantage, but we also welcome people from all degree backgrounds as long as you have basic IT knowledge and strong desire to learn and make a career in this industry
Basic understanding of server hardware components and their function as well as installation, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Server and its roles (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Cluster, File&Print).
Basic experience with server virtualization technologies - VMWare ESXi / Hyper-V/Nutanix
Basic Networking knowledge (understanding the OSI model, network devices roles, and related troubleshooting commands).
Basic knowledge of Backup and Storage solutions
Experience with a ticketing system and ITIL knowledge
