Execute the system configuration, customization, maintenance, repair, and design of core systems. Partner with cross-system teams to ensure scalable and repeatable technology solutions support business and stakeholder requirements. This role requires experience in software release upgrades, system patching, and working knowledge of SQL and Oracle platforms.
YOUR IMPACT
System Maintenance & Upgrades
Plan, design, and execute enterprise-level software upgrades across business-critical systems
Strong working relationship with Oracle and SQL Database Administrators
Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments
Coordinate and implement system patching to ensure security compliance and system stability
Develop and maintain comprehensive upgrade documentation, rollback procedures, and post-implementation validation protocols
Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for all system changes, upgrades, and patches
Lead change management activities following ITIL methodology to minimize business disruption during upgrades
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
Communicate with customers and IT colleagues in a timely manner to deliver technical solutions to business requirements
Utilize ITIL methodology and ServiceNow software to track and manage incidents, changes, problems, tasks, and demands
Execute configuration, maintenance, and testing of software based on approved designs
Advise business analysts, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams on best practices to execute business requirements
System Integration & Development
Working knowledge of Boomi, SSIS, SFTP or other integration methods
Practical use of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Support & Quality Assurance
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) through incident management, support escalations, and knowledge management use cases
Develop unit test plans and test cases to ensure configurations are well executed before deploying into production
Serve as partner to end users in the best solution design to execute technical requirements
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and business leads to educate, present, and showcase design impacts and innovation
Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Development, documentation, process flows, manage multiple tasks, ITSM, troubleshooting, configuration, operations systems, database, messaging, API, system integration, testing, release planning.
Written and verbal communication, customer service, stakeholder alignment, relationship building, time management, team collaboration, leadership, coaching, mentoring, public speaking, delegation
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with ERP packages like JD Edwards, SAP, Infor LN or similar products
Integration tools like Boomi, SFTP, SSIS
Experience in a Discrete Manufacturing environment
Strong relational database knowledge and reporting capabilities.
System upgrade and patch management experience across multiple platforms
Development, documentation, process flows, and ability to manage multiple tasks
ITSM tools, troubleshooting, configuration, and operations systems management
Database management, messaging, API development, and system integration
Testing, release planning, and version control systems

Pay Range:
$103,300.00 - $177,700.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
