Main Purpose of Job
The main purpose of this full-time position will be to provide administrative support related to Behavioral Health HUB needs. This position will support the Behavioral Health HUB Program Manager in preparing, developing and researching policies and procedures.
This position may also communicate with partner organizations to coordinate meetings, feedback on policies, signatures and/or as well as other needs. This position will support the Behavioral Health HUB Program Manager with other duties as assigned. Additionally, this position may assist with some grant reporting metrics.
This position requires the employee to be detail-oriented with strong organizational, proofreading, and multi-tasking skills.
Please Note: This position may require some evenings and weekends in case of an emergency response.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: One year of experience performing administrative staff, clerical, clerical technical, or secretarial work.
Notes:
1. Candidates may substitute 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university for the required experience.
2. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a non-commissioned officer involving staff work requiring regular use of independent judgment and analysis in applying and interpreting rules and regulations in accordance with agency laws and policies on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The desired candidate should possess:
Experience with databases, including performing data entry, recovering information, and processing invoices (please include your level of proficiency);
Experience using office software programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel (please include your level of proficiency);
Experience with Office and Records Management.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates may be responsible for providing their own transportation as needed to access meetings, remote locations, and job destinations as assigned.
