Job Description
POSITION IS BEING FILLED THROUGH A LIMITED-TERM APPOINTMENT. MAY LAST UP TO TWO YEARS WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE EXTENDED BUT WITH NO GUARANTEE. MAY ALSO HAVE THE ABILITY TO GO PERMANENT BUT WITH NO GUARANTEE.
Position will work part-time hours during the limited-term assignment.
Act as a direct representative of the State of Michigan to the traveling public. As a travel counselor, provide and distribute literature, information, and guidance on travel and vacation activities within the state. Assist in preparing literature displays in the center. Assist in clerical work.
The "Salary" listed above is a range that reflects the minimum rate at the entry (5) level through the maximum rate at the experienced (E7) level. General Office Assistant 6
One year of administrative support experience.
General Office Assistant E7
Two years of administrative support experience, including one year equivalent to the intermediate level. To be considered for this position you must:
Possess a valid drivers license.
