Job Duties:
• The ES Eligibility Team Leader is responsible for the administrative functioning of the Economic Services Program supervising the duties of all staff providing Employment, training and case management services to TANF, SNAP and ABAWD clients.
• Ensures Economic Services Program unit operates in accordance with all state & federal laws, regulations, policies and guidelines and reviews cases to ensure compliance with program policy.
• Supervises staff responsible for providing services to TANF, SNAP and ABAWD clients.
• Ensures that all client data is correctly entered into the tracking system and that all management reports are carefully monitored.
• Coordinates and conducts case staffing's within the agency and with local service providers.
• Prepares all statistical and other reports as required.
• Ensures that personal identifying information (PII) is properly used, accessed, gathered, shared and disposed. To protect the agency networks and applications by safeguarding systems, equipment and data.
• Performs emergency disaster management services to include American Red Cross sheltering and Disaster SNAP duties; performs other related duties as required.
• Performs job delivery and/or performance with positive or appropriate customer service delivery to clients, the public and co-workers as an integral requirement.
• Performs related duties as required.
A High School Diploma and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in Economic Services programs. A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted four (4) years relevant program experience.This application for employment with the SC Department of Social Services must be completed in its entirety.
