In addition to psychiatric services, the hospital supports multiple programs and facilities dedicated to meeting the complex clinical and operational needs of those we serve, while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.

About the Position

The Director of Maintenance and Facilities is a supervisory-level position responsible for overseeing construction, maintenance, grounds, and the operation, maintenance, replacement, and repair of building components and systems for East Mississippi State Hospital facilities and assigned locations. The Director plans, coordinates, estimates, and schedules maintenance, alteration, renovation, and upgrade projects through the coordination of in-house and contracted skilled and semi-skilled trades work.
