We are looking for a
Management Consulting Director
with strong expertise in Management Consulting, Research Analysis and Interpretation, Change Management, Group Problem Solving, Business Process Design, and Value Architecture & Realization.
The role is based in
Barcelona
, under a hybrid work model. Residence in Spain and a valid Spanish work permit are mandatory.
Functions
Lead consulting engagements centered on business transformation, operating model redesign, and process optimization.
Drive research, data interpretation, and insight generation to guide strategic recommendations.
Oversee change management initiatives ensuring adoption across complex, multicultural organizations.
Partner with senior stakeholders to design value architectures and measurable business impact frameworks.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary engagement lead, managing multidisciplinary consulting teams and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Apply advanced analytical methodologies to diagnose problems, evaluate scenarios, and build value-based roadmaps.
Design and orchestrate large-scale change programs, incorporating structured methodologies and stakeholder management best practices.
Ensure alignment of business process design with enterprise strategy, identifying optimization opportunities enabled by technology, analytics, and automation.
