Our Unique Work:

The Supervision Group of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY) supervises banks in the Second District. The

objectives

of supervision are to:

Evaluate and promote the overall safety and soundness of supervised institutions

Ensure supervised institutions' compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Facilitate the stability of the financial system of the United States

Support the growth and stability of the U.S. economy

Supervision is carried out through a combination of methods, including on-site and off-site examinations involving staff dedicated to the supervision of an individual firm and other professionals focused on analytical, policy and risk matters. Supervision is coordinated with other US agencies.

Make an Impact:

Maintain deep knowledge of the

firms and industry

strategy, risk profile, governance, risk management

and control functions via monitoring

analysis,

and examination activities.

Contribute to

the

development of supervisory priorities and

supervisory plan

needed to assess core risks and make well-supported recommendations
.

Develop and

resent examination

and analytical

results to

a

range of

stakeholders and supervised institutions.

Collaborate and build relationships with

Bank, Federal Reserve

System

and Interagency partners to

develop supervisory responses

inherent and emerging risks

Help

address emerging risks to supervised firms, the financial system

The Unique Skill Sets
We're
Looking For:

Ability to take on a leading role on examinations at financial institutions and/or an ability and willingness to learn about complex regulations, including supervisory expectations and findings.

Supervisory or industry experience evaluating IT and cybersecurity programs at large financial institutions with complex technology profiles is

required
, including the ability to assess controls against supervisory expectations and emerging threats

and communicate them in an effective way to non-technical stakeholders
.

Demonstrated comprehensive

expertise

in information technology and cybersecurity risk manage
ment, with extensive knowledge of relevant frameworks including FFIEC, NIST, and ISO standards.

Excellent project management, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
.

CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP

designation
s

are

preferred
.
