DESCRIPTION OF WORK
County Social Services Case Aides within our Children and Youth Services Department are a vital part of the organization. Our team will rely on your strong organizational skills, ability to interact professionally with families, and understanding of confidentiality requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Transporting children and their families to medical visits, family visits, and other appointments, including locations outside the County limits.Assisting clients, residents, and their families with activities of daily living.Providing supervision for visitations as needed.Completing routine administrative tasks to support casework staff.You will work cooperatively in a team environment with other Aides, Clerks, Caseworkers, and Supervisors in an attempt to provide the best possible outcomes for children and families across the County. Join today and make a difference with us! Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Depending on the needs of clients, non-traditional hours may be necessary.
