DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of caseworkers, casework aides, and clerical staff. Your responsibilities will include assigning and supervising child abuse investigations; providing case management, counseling, and referral services; and performing coaching conferences with each assigned caseworker for case planning. Our team will also rely on you to coordinate and review case records, documents, and information prepared by staff to ensure that they are in compliance with agency policies and procedures and legal requirements.Our team offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your supervisory skills and motivate clients to develop and use their own potential for resolving their social, health, emotional, and economic problems. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:Two years of professional experience in public or private social work and a bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences; orAny equivalent combination of experience and education which inc
