Summary
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Duties
Perform a variety of budget administration functions in the formulation, execution and review of the Civil Works Operation and Maintenance, General Regulatory, Emergency Management, and Overhead accounts.
Review and track status of obligations and expenditures for Civil Works Operation and Maintenance, General Regulatory, and Emergency Management appropriations received in the Kansas City District
Advise managers and program/project managers on requirements for the preparation, documentation, and submission of budget requests.
Coordinate funds request between District management, program/project managers, and customers.
