Primary Duties and Responsibilities
:
includes but not limited to:
Receives, fills and delivers stock orders/requisitions
Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with department policies, procedures and established standards of service at various outlets
Responsible for the handling of payment in cash outlets, per established check tendering procedures
Maintains concession and kiosk inventory and supplies during events
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicates inventory needs and maintenance problems to supervisors
Breaks down, cleans and restocks concessions and kiosks for the next event
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
Previous experience in fast food or restaurant service
Previous experience with point of sale (POS) tendering
Competencies
:
Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Proficient in turning over the concessions for an event
Complete knowledge of concession and kiosk food and beverage offerings
Thorough knowledge of point of sale system and cash handling accuracy
Training Requirements:
Outlet-specific standard operating procedures
SMART alcohol awareness
Point of Sale (POS) system
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to bend, stoop and reach for the entire shift
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
