Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to problem-solving, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications that support business functions. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while proactively identifying potential challenges before they impact operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of application issues and minimize business disruption.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring problems and implementing effective preventive measures.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within transportation management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining critical business applications to ensure high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
