About the Position

This position is for the Parole Board Division and is a vital role in the parole process. This position will have the following essential functions: answering and routing phone calls, taking messages, organizing and maintaining traditional paper and electronic filing systems, monitoring and replacing office supplies and equipment, scheduling and attending meetings, responding to inquiries and providing information to internal and external contacts, assembling ,organizing, and tabulating data, performing data entry, maintaining all vehicle maintenance records, and performing a variety of marginal duties.

What you'll need to be Successful

Demonstrate the ability to perform essential functions in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be able to abide by the MS State Personnel Board and MDOC rules, regulations and procedures governing the agency.
